• $15.00 – Unaltered Dog
• $7.00 – Altered Dog

Madison County Landfill Punch Cards:

• $20.00 each / 5 Punches (Price eff. 1/1/2022)
• Punch Cards do not expire.

Marriage License:

• License fee is $40 
• Addtitional Certified Copies - $10 each

Birth, Death, Marriage Copies:

• $10.00 each copy
• $22.00+ for Genealogy copies
